Heading North

After dropping the hound at Bev's parents and saying our goodbyes we bade farewell to a fairly bleak Hamilton. We managed to get away at a reasonable time, and headed North-ish.

Decided to head north via Edenhope and Kaniva, encountering a few showers along the way. But by lunchtime, when we arrived at Bordertown, the weather was fine and sunny (yes, really!)

After lunch we headed north towards Loxton, the weather remained fine. We arrived mid-afternoon and refueled the car (Diesel 151.9)

Then had a wander around the town for a little while and then headed towards Berri and to our overnight camp at Lake Bonney. It took no time to set up camp, and we were soon admiring the view.

Late in the day the weather closed in a bit, and it was soon quite cloudy and cool.

Tomorrow we will point the rig towards Port Augusta, and see what the day brings....
